The 2026 A Team Cares True Grit Award Applications Are Open
Some nonprofits change lives quietly, every single day. The True Grit Award, part of The A Team Consulting's A Team Cares Nonprofit Practice, exists to recognize them, the organizations that meet challenges with resilience, creativity, determination, and an unwavering commitment to serving others.
Last year, The A Team Consulting presented its inaugural 2025 True Grit Award to Howie's Heart, a family-run 501(c)(3) whose mission embodies exactly this spirit. The grant helped their Kindness Campers bring love and comfort to Long Island foster children, the kind of impact that shows why the award was created.
Applications for the 2026 True Grit Award are open September 8 through September 25.

2nd Prize: $1,000
