Heidi Barron is a mission-driven leader with deep expertise in partnerships, community engagement, and organizational growth. In 2024, she transitioned to the nonprofit sector, where she now serves as Director of Partnerships & Community Impact at SVP New York City. In this role, Heidi leads strategic collaborations that connect corporate partners, funders, and community organizations to strengthen nonprofit capacity, expand access to resources, and drive equitable, community-centered impact across New York City.
Passionate about creating opportunities for others, Heidi is actively engaged in volunteer leadership. She supports the Women’s Impact Network at Harlem Lacrosse and serves as a coach with Girls on the Run International, mentoring young women and helping them build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills.
Prior to her nonprofit work, Heidi spent more than 20 years at Boston Scientific, a Fortune 500 medical device company, where she held senior leadership roles including Global Vice President. She transformed healthcare provider training through innovative, technology-driven solutions and strategic vision, overseeing global clinical education operations with significant budget responsibility. During her tenure, Heidi led marketing initiatives across the U.S. and Europe, launched 18 products globally, and contributed to more than $1 billion in cumulative revenue. Her leadership helped drive market share growth, establish new industry benchmarks, and create long-term value through strategic investment and innovation.
