Program Overview


The Social Entrepreneurship Program is a 6-month capacity-building initiative designed to help nonprofit leaders think and operate like social entrepreneurs, blending mission with strategy, innovation, and sustainability.


Participants will gain the tools, mindset, and support to strengthen their organizations, diversify funding, measure impact, and lead with confidence. Through workshops, mentorship, and peer collaboration, this program equips nonprofit executives to transform their organizations from surviving to thriving.

Rethink Your Model Month 1–2 Redefine your nonprofit’s value proposition and sustainability model. Identify opportunities for earned income or hybrid approaches.
Strengthen the Core Month 3–4 Build leadership, governance, and team capacity. Improve systems, communications, and fundraising infrastructure.
Lead with Impact Month 5–6 Measure outcomes, scale successful programs, and present a sustainability roadmap to funders and partners.
