Implementation: What to Expect
SVP NYC Support & Project Management
SVP NYC will:
- Assist corporate partners in selecting nonprofit agencies (current partners or new relationships)
- Provide lead SVP Partners to mentor leadership teams
- Organize and lead a launch meeting
- Set up monthly check-ins with both the corporation and the nonprofit
- Analyze and report on project success on an ongoing basis
- Develop a project schedule and coordinate volunteer activities
- Assess program efficacy upon completion
