Our Mentorship Program pairs seasoned nonprofit executives with emerging leaders for a year of guided growth. Focused, practical, and people-first — so you can lead with confidence and clarity.

How It Works

1:1 Mentorship – One hour per month for 12 months

Tailored Guidance – Set goals, tackle real challenges, and track progress

Flexible Format – Meet virtually or in person

Community – Access a supportive network of peers and leaders
