Emerging Changemakers

(Young Supporters – Ages 18–40)


Designed for students, young professionals, and aspiring leaders who are passionate about

making a difference. The Emerging Changemakers level empowers individuals ages 18–40

to grow their impact, build meaningful connections, and gain hands-on experience in the

nonprofit world.

  • Ways to Get Involved:

    • Join as a Junior Committee Member – Contribute fresh ideas and gain behind-the-scenes experience by serving on one of our active committees.

    • Volunteer for a Nonprofit Project– Support grassroots organizations with your time, talent, or tech skills through short-term or project-based volunteering.

    • Attend Exclusive Learning & Networking Events – Gain access to tailored workshops, virtual meetups, and community-building events for young changemakers.

    • Be Matched with a Mentor – Learn from experienced sector leaders who will support your personal and professional development.

    • Participate in the Annual Emerging Changemakers Gathering – Connect with like-minded peers, celebrate your impact, and be inspired by stories of nonprofit innovation and leadership.

Individual Partners


As a valued Individual Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference

by engaging in one or more of the following impactful roles. Your contributions will directly

support nonprofit growth, leadership, and long-term sustainability.

  • Ways to Get Involved:

    • Hold a Board Seat – Help guide our strategic direction and provide critical oversight to advance our mission.

    • Serve on a Committee – Join a working group aligned with your interests and expertise:

    • Grants Committee – Review and help allocate funding to deserving grassroots nonprofits.

    • Program Committee – Collaborate on the design and delivery of high-impact nonprofit programs.

    • Development Committee – Support fundraising strategy, sponsor outreach, and donor engagement.

    • Volunteer as a Nonprofit Mentor – Share your skills, insight, and real-world experience with a nonprofit leader navigating growth and sustainability.

    • Participate in Our Annual Partner Meeting – Connect with fellow changemakers, celebrate impact milestones, and help shape our future initiatives.

Community Partners


Our Community Partner level is designed for organizations that are committed to advancing the social sector. This partnership fosters meaningful collaboration, shared learning, and collective impact to support the growth and sustainability of grassroots nonprofits nationwide.

  • Ways to Get Involved:

    • Collaborate on Programming – Co-create or co-host training sessions, mentorship initiatives, or capacity-building programs aligned with your mission.

    • Serve on a Committee or Advisory Council – Contribute your organizational insight to our grantmaking, program design, and strategic initiatives.

    • Nominate or Refer Grassroots Organizations – Connect nonprofits in your network with access to funding, support, and peer collaboration.

    • Amplify Your Voice and Impact – Share success stories, insights, or best practices through our blog, summits, or webinars.

    • Participate in the Annual Community Partner Roundtable – Engage in cross-sector dialogue with other mission-aligned organizations to drive systems-level change.
